Editorial Intern – Summer 2025
Mackenzie Konjoyan is a recent graduate of American University where she received dual bachelor’s degrees in journalism and literature. She has reported on local news in D.C. for the past four years working on staff with The Eagle and interning with D.C. Witness. Growing up in Los Angeles, California instilled a passion within her to tackle poverty and the affordable housing crisis, so she is excited to enhance her reporting skills and cover these topics with the Street Sense team.
