When the world turns you down,
when the days seem so dim,
when you don’t know where to turn.
Where do you find your blessing?
When you are homeless with nowhere to sleep,
when the people you love don’t love you,
when you have nothing to eat.
Where do you find your blessing?
When your heart is always sad,
when people say you can’t,
but you can, when you feel all hope is gone.
Where do you find your blessing?
You can find your blessing
in your heart, your soul,
and in your mind.
Your blessing comes from God.
I found my blessing in
the universe, surrounded by all things
great and small.
