Skinny poem

I’m not as big as I used to be
I bought a pair of skinny jeans —
Didn’t know if I could afford it
So, I had to check my skinny budget.

People notice me, my voice is still the same
They have to get closer before they
Mention my name. I wear a pair of
Skinny jeans now.

I had to check my skinny budget
All the pairs were expensive
People notice me, and I sound the same
I bought a pair of skinny jeans
I am not as big as I used to be.
