Lord bring me near the cross
While I am on the Christian journey
It’s good to know you, Jesus
And everybody should know
the Lord
He’s the Alpha and the Omega
The beginning and the end
One who sticks closer than
a friend
It’s because of the blood
that washes me clean as a flood

So cloudy and gray
