I am thankful for my customers at Street Sense. They helped me go to place flowers on my Mother’s grave, which was especially meaningful this year because I also restored my relationship with my son in the process. We hadn’t really talked for five years. I spent the entire weekend with him. I am grateful that I am able to be a vendor for Street Sense and that I was able to go to Charlotte, North Carolina to spend time with the little blood family I have living while I placed flowers on the graves of the others that have gone on. I am grateful for my customers who treat me like family. They ask me how I am doing and spend a little of their time talking to me. I am grateful that they care at all.
