Photo and Social Media Intern – Summer 2025
Nina Calves is a rising senior at the George Washington University majoring in Photojournalism with minors in Classical and Ancient Near Eastern Studies, and Journalism. Originally from Katonah, New York, Nina is passionate about ethical visual journalism, law, and politics. She is the co-captain of her Rugby team and enjoys theatre, camping, and hiking. Nina is excited to use photography as storytelling and to work closely with other editorial interns and staff at Street Sense this summer.
