Arisha is a sophomore studying Interaction Design at The George Washington University, exploring the intersection of art and technology. She’s passionate about utilizing design as a tool to campaign for social change, prioritizing empathy as a key part of the creative process. Originally from the West Coast, she’s excited to build community wherever life takes her, and in getting involved with Street Sense, she hopes to gain deeper insights into the systems that perpetuate homelessness in D.C. Arisha loves illustration and film and is always on the lookout for new book recommendations.
