To be in this world today
To feel pain
To know remorse, regret, and anger
To understand others’ pain and regret
To feel others dying and in pain
To watch others suffer
To see then go through the pain
Is why I have faith
She tells me every day she’ll take my worries away
Take my fears away, that’s the reason I have pain
I claim yes in the name of her
She gives us life, breath, shelter, and love
Some know her better
To her children:
Give care whenever you can
Show love, cause it helps
Show happiness, and it helps
Let it go
When I’m in pain and I feel bad, she’s here
When I’m depressed, I talk to someone
When it’s good for me, it helps
I have family and friends who love me
I have a healthy support system
They show me love
They don’t judge me
That’s faith
God gives us all faith, she gives us all chances
She shows us all what we can do
She gave us this morning, blessed us
And kept us safe
Know that in the end, you will always
Come before her with no judgment
For those who are evil
For those who have hurt people
I say no to you
I say no cause I have faith
