Thanks-giving 

The time of the year,
To come together and bring cheer.
Hitting pots and pans
like marching bands.
Big smiles on face with forks in hand,
The aroma from the stove,
Make my taste buds go,
“Can’t wait to get a plate
and a couple dinner rolls.”

Every grocery near, slam packed.
