Affordable care is when someone has to have insurance, meaning it makes health better and makes it cheaper to go to hospitals in an emergency. It also stops other costs.
So why repeal it, if repealing it could mess up other health plans? It could go private. Private can mean more money for doctors. But what about homeless people?
