People are the best thing on earth. No one asks to be born, but tens of thousands are born every day.
They don’t choose their families, where they are born, what sex they are either. They only have the power to live. Sure, there is a lot of confusement.
Life is difficult. You live, you learn. Some have the choice of what they learn. They only take interest in what they want to know. Your environment is a strong influence. If you have parents that aren’t busy all the time, and trying to make a life for you, that can push you to take interest in things. If all you have are friends, they can still change your life, for better or worse. Like, an 8th grader addicted to opiates or an alcoholic.
People are fortunate to have people that are a good influence on them. Lots of people have no one. There is foster care, living on the street, jails, and hospitals. These places have little hope. People try to escape them. Change is all they have on their mind. Some don’t know what they want, just change.
If those people can hang on to hope, there is outside influence. A woman dressed for work is inspired to look for success. A police officer that stops and talks. The old lady that makes cookies for the children.
Keep hope alive.
