Food for thought!

So many of us live a reactionary life. Everything we do is a reaction to someone or something. We’re pulled this way and that, often overwhelmed; our mood varies, depending on who we’re around. Quick to anger, spent at the end of the day. Not a great way to operate. There is another way: live an intentional life. We all have intentions. We intend to be kind and loving, to do more for God, to keep our peace and serenity. Then life happens, someone messes us up. We allow life to get in the way. Intentions go out the window when we start reacting to the world. Stop! Be intentional. Live out our intentions. Make choices instead of allowing circumstances to choose for us. Make an intention in the morning and carry it out throughout the day. One day at a time. Keep it simple.

Life gets better, when we get better.
