Anger management

Recently, I had an argument with a co-worker. It escalated to the point that she cursed at me and called me some nasty names. I could have easily responded in the same way. And a couple months ago I would have. I would have yelled and cursed right back at her.

But instead, I took a bathroom break to remove myself from the situation and I went down to the main office to make a complaint and find out how best to resolve the situation.

I’m proud of myself for doing that instead of taking things into my own hands.
