Clarity

I seemed to become the center
out of touch
looking at the four walls
saying ouch
I am so out of touch
in a society that doesn’t
revolve around me
Then the clarity forms
around me, not with my eyes
but sight and rising and turning
through my head was
all the shapes of things
But at last
the things themselves
