To Randy Clarke, WMATA General Manager and CEO:
I have heard that Metro buses are changing routes in the District. In what areas is this happening? I’m already having a difficult time getting buses. Will these changes make getting a bus harder for me?
I also wish you would do more to stop Metro subway riders from jumping the gates. And please don’t raise any fares.
